Keeping Koi
Koi are some of the most beautiful and graceful pond fish. These fish are quite intelligent and can become very tame over the years. With good care, they often live from 25 to 35 years and can live for as many as 200 years. However, the flashy Koi has some special requirements that make it a bit more challenging to care for than ordinary carp.

Caring For Goldfish
The goldfish is probably one of the easiest fish species to care for. These fish can live for up to 50 years if they are well taken care of. The first thing you should consider when you are caring for your goldfish is the aquarium. You should buy a tank that has 10 gallons of water for each goldfish. Keep in mind that the fish will eventually grow. The larger the tank, the better the environment will be for your fish, since a larger tank has a greater surface area. This large surface area allows for plenty of oxygen for the goldfish in the tank.
Caring For Bettas
Bettas, also known as Japanese fighting fish, are so beautiful that they don’t look quite real. You’ve probably seen these fish housed separately in tiny bowls at your local fish store. This is because male betas will fight with each other until there is only one male left. However, this is not a good way to care for your betta once you bring it home.
